There is a cost for each; however, occasionally these screenings are offered for free or reduced cost - watch the Arizona Republic. Body Composition Testing

December 3 & 18, 3 - 5 pm
An analysis of your body composition including body fat percentage, Body Mass Index (BMI), fat mass, muscle mass and body water.

November 19, 1 - 4 pm
December 9, 1:30 - 3:30 pm
December 18, 8 am - noon

Working Women's Wellnes Package

December 13, 7 am - 12:30 pm
This is a combination screening event followed by a manicure at Essential Touch. It includes a cholesterol check, bone density screeing and body composition analysis. Total appointment time is 90 minutes.
Cost $75

Heart Health Screening

December 3 & 16, 8 - 11:45 am
A nurse practitioner will assess your risk for heart attack and stroke.
Cost $20.
